## Summary

## Common questions about Areas

### Where do I see who entered an area?

In **Access → Access Logs**, **Area Log** tab. It lists the visitor or resident, the area, and the
check-in and check-out times.

### Why can't I see the Areas menu?

Only Admin roles with the visitor management feature see **Areas**. Operator roles with that feature
see **Visit Records** and **Access Logs**, but not **Areas**.
