# Organization Settings

> The Organization Settings screen shows the organization's name, currency and time zone (read-only) and lets an admin change the portal image and the mobile app image. Found under Administration → Organization Settings in the RAY admin portal.

## Summary

The **Organization Settings** screen in the RAY admin portal shows the organization's basic details.
An admin can change two images: the **Portal Image** and the **Mobile App Image**. The
**Organization Name**, **Currency** and **Time Zone** are shown but cannot be edited on this screen.

## Where to find the Organization Settings screen

* Menu: **Administration → Organization Settings** (Arabic: **إدارة ← إعدادات المؤسسة**)

## Who can access the Organization Settings screen

The Organization Settings menu entry is shown only to users with an **Admin** role that includes the
administration feature.

## Organization Settings fields

| Field                 | Arabic label              | Editable | Meaning and rules             |
| --------------------- | ------------------------- | -------- | ----------------------------- |
| **Organization Name** | اسم المؤسسة               | No       | The organization's name.      |
| **Portal Image**      | صورة المنصّة              | Yes      | Required. JPG, JPEG or PNG.   |
| **Mobile App Image**  | صورة تطبيق الهاتف المحمول | Yes      | Optional. JPG, JPEG or PNG.   |
| **Currency**          | العملة                    | No       | The organization's currency.  |
| **Time Zone**         | المنطقة الزمنية           | No       | The organization's time zone. |

## How to change the portal or mobile app image

1. Open **Administration → Organization Settings**.
2. Under **Portal Image** or **Mobile App Image**, upload a JPG, JPEG or PNG file.
3. Click **Save**. **Save** stays disabled until an image has changed.

Images cannot be removed, only replaced.

## Common questions about Organization Settings

### How do I change the organization name, currency or time zone?

The **Organization Name**, **Currency** and **Time Zone** cannot be changed in the RAY admin portal.
Contact RAY support to change them.

### Why are dates in the portal shown in a different time zone from mine?

The portal shows dates and times in the organization's **Time Zone**, which is shown on the
Organization Settings screen, not in the time zone of your computer.
