# Feed

> The Feed screen of the RAY admin portal moderates the community feed: the Feed tab lists users' posts, which admins can delete or mark as trending (sending a notification to all users); the Reports tab lists posts users reported, which admins mark safe or unsafe. Found under Community → Feed.

## Summary

The **Feed** screen in the RAY admin portal is where admins moderate the community feed, the social
wall where users post. It has two tabs: **Feed** (the posts) and **Reports** (posts that users
reported). Admins do not write posts here; they delete posts, promote posts as trending, and review
reports.

## Where to find Feed

* Menu: **Community → Feed** (Arabic: **المجتمع ← الخلاصة**)
* Tabs: **Feed** and **Reports** (البلاغات)

## Who can access Feed

Feed is shown only to users with an **Admin** role that includes the feed feature.

## Feed tab

The **Feed** tab lists posts with **ID**, **Content**, **Attachments** (click to view), **Author** and
**Status** (**Approved**). Actions on a post:

* **Mark as Trending**: asks "Are you sure you would like to send a trending notification to all users
  for this post?" in a **Send Trending Notification** dialog, then sends it. Shown only for posts whose
  trending notification has not been sent yet.
* **Delete**: removes the post.

## Reports tab

The **Reports** tab lists reported posts with **ID**, **Original Poster**, **Reported Content** (click
**View**), **Reason** and **Status**: **Pending**, **Marked Safe** or **Marked Unsafe**. For a
**Pending** report, choose **Mark Safe** or **Mark Unsafe** and confirm in **Update Report Status**.

## Common questions about the feed

### How do I remove an inappropriate post?

Delete it from the **Feed** tab. If it was reported, also set the report to **Mark Unsafe** in the
**Reports** tab.

### How do I notify everyone about a post?

Use **Mark as Trending** on the post. It sends a notification to all users, once per post.

### Can I post on the feed from the portal?

No. The Feed screen has no add button.
