# Community

> The Community menu of the RAY admin portal holds the screens for engaging users: Broadcasts, CRM Attachments, Highlights, External Links, Events, Feed, Shops, News, Surveys, Deals, Suggestion Box and Holidays. This page says what each screen is for and who can open it.

## Summary

The **Community** menu (Arabic: **المجتمع**) of the RAY admin portal groups the screens used to
communicate with users and publish content to them. Each screen is shown only to users whose role
includes that screen's feature.

## Common questions about Community

### What is the difference between a broadcast, a highlight and a news article?

A **broadcast** is a message sent to users at a set time. A **highlight** is an image banner that opens a
feature, a description or a link. A **news article** is a longer post with an image, rich text and
attachments, filed under categories.
