# Portal map

> Complete list of every screen in the RAY admin portal, grouped by menu, with the English and Arabic menu labels and which role type and feature a user needs to see each screen.

## Summary

The RAY admin portal's side menu is split into groups: Properties, Bookings, Community, Directory,
Administration, Access, Notices, Payments, Documents, Security and Delivery. Some organizations also
have a Services menu, a Lists menu, one menu per shop, and an Analytics and Insights menu. A user
only sees the screens that their roles allow, and a menu group with no visible screens is hidden
completely. Each table below lists a menu group's screens, their Arabic labels, and the role needed
to see them.

"Admin", "Operator" and "Security" are the three role types. A feature is a product module ticked in
the role's **Features** tab. The feature names in this documentation describe what the feature
covers; the exact name shown in the **Features** tab depends on the organization's setup. See

## Menus that depend on the organization's setup

These menus appear only in some portals, and their entries are named after the organization's own
forms, lists, shops and reports.

**Home** (الصفحة الرئيسية) is shown to users with an Admin role that has at least one feature, either
for all locations or for the location selected in the portal header.

## Common questions about the portal menu

### Why is a menu or screen missing from my portal?

A screen is missing when none of your roles has the required role type and feature for the location
selected in the portal header. Use the tables on this page to find which role type and feature the
screen needs, then ask an administrator with **Administration → Roles & Permissions** to grant it.
If you manage several locations, switch the location in the header, because roles can be limited to
one location.

### What does "Looks like you don't have any features enabled yet" mean?

The message "Looks like you don't have any features enabled yet. Reach out to your administrator to
get started." appears when your account signs in to the portal but has no Admin, Operator or
Security role. An administrator must assign you a portal role.

### What does "Forbidden" mean in the portal?

The **Forbidden** page ("You don't have permission to access this page…") appears when you open a
link to a screen that is not in your menu, for example from a bookmark or a link someone shared. It
also appears when the selected location is one you no longer have a role for; select another
location in the portal header.
