# RAY admin portal documentation

> Reference documentation for the RAY admin portal, the web application that property and community managers use to run their RAY community. Covers every portal screen, its fields, who can access it and how to complete common tasks.

## Summary

The RAY admin portal is the web application that an organization's staff use to manage their RAY
community. RAY is a white-label community app for residential communities, office campuses and
mixed-use properties. Tenants use the organization's branded RAY mobile app, and staff use the
admin portal to set up and run everything the app offers.

This documentation describes the admin portal screen by screen: what each screen is for, where to
find it, who can access it, what each field means, and how to complete common tasks.

## What the RAY admin portal manages

| **Access**                                                      | Visitor records, access logs, areas, lockers and visit settings.                                                    |
| **Notices**                                                     | Notices sent to tenants.                                                                                            |
| **Payments**                                                    | Billable items, invoices, invoice settings, online payments and subscriptions.                                      |
| **Documents**                                                   | Document categories, subcategories and documents.                                                                   |
| **Security**                                                    | Screens for security guards: visits, tenants, bookings and subscriptions.                                           |

## Languages of the RAY admin portal

The admin portal is available in English and Arabic. This documentation uses the English labels and
gives the Arabic label of each screen in its *Where to find it* section.
