Summary

The RAY admin portal is the web application that an organization’s staff use to manage their RAY community. RAY is a white-label community app for residential communities, office campuses and mixed-use properties. Tenants use the organization’s branded RAY mobile app, and staff use the admin portal to set up and run everything the app offers. This documentation describes the admin portal screen by screen: what each screen is for, where to find it, who can access it, what each field means, and how to complete common tasks.

The admin portal is available in English and Arabic. This documentation uses the English labels and gives the Arabic label of each screen in its Where to find it section.
