The External Links screen in the RAY admin portal manages links to other websites and apps, for example a utility provider’s app or a community website. A link can have one universal URL, or separate URLs for iOS and Android devices.Where to find External Links

Who can access External Links
External Links is shown only to users with an Admin role that includes the external links feature.External Links list columns
Image, Name, Universal URL, iOS URL, Android URL (each clickable), Audience (All Users or Specific Users and Groups), and Edit and Delete.External link fields
How to add an external link
- Open Community → External Links and click Add.
- Upload the Image and enter the Name.
- Enter the Universal URL, or the iOS URL and Android URL.
- Choose the Audience.
- Click Save.
