Summary

The Services menu (Arabic: الخدمات) in the RAY admin portal lists the organization’s services, for example maintenance requests, move-in requests or access card requests. Each service is built from categories and forms: tenants choose a form, fill it in and submit it, and staff handle each submission in the portal. The Services menu appears only in portals where at least one service is set up, and each entry is named after the service.

Where to find a service

  • Menu: Services → <service name>. Each service has its own entry under Services.
  • A service opens on its Submissions tab (عمليات الإرسال). Admins also see a Categories tab (الفئات).

Who can access a service

Each service has its own feature, so access is given per service. A user without either role for a service does not see that service under Services. See Roles & Permissions.

Common questions about Services

Why don’t I see the Services menu?

The Services menu is hidden when none of your roles includes the feature of any service. Ask an administrator to add the service’s feature to one of your roles in Administration → Roles & Permissions.

Why don’t I see the Categories tab of a service?

The Categories tab is shown only with an Admin role for that service. With an Operator role you see the Submissions tab only.

How do I rename a service?

Rename the service’s feature in Administration → Features & Audiences. See Features & Audiences.
